Job Description
Overview
PwC India's AI Product Practice is hiring senior associates and managers to lead the end‑to‑end development of AI‑driven products and platforms for enterprise clients. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, design, and client teams to drive discovery, delivery, and adoption of AI capabilities.
Experience
4-10 yrs
Responsibilities
- Conduct user and client discovery, translate insights into product requirements and success criteria
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, maintain backlog and support sprint planning
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and architects to deliver features from definition through UAT and release
- Track product adoption, usage, quality and AI consumption, using data to recommend improvements
- Design AI agents, RAG workflows and human‑in‑the‑loop experiences, and develop GenAI POCs and demos
Eligibility
- Product management, business analysis or related experience in technology products (e.g., retail, e‑commerce, B2B, enterprise)
- 2‑7 years of relevant experience, including hands‑on work with AI/GenAI products, LLMs, RAG and API integrations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (educational requirement not explicitly stated)
