Director Product Management - Source-to-Pay

Overview

Senior Product Leader responsible for shaping and executing QAD's Procure-to-Pay and Supplier Relationship Management strategy, driving workflow‑led product vision and AI‑enabled decision capabilities for manufacturing customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and commercial positioning for Procure-to-Pay, SRM and supplier collaboration solutions
• Lead end‑to‑end workflow product management across sourcing, PO execution, invoice matching and supplier performance
• Design and deliver AI agent and decision‑service capabilities to automate and augment procurement processes
• Gather deep customer insights, market research and competitive analysis to inform roadmap and adoption strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, platform, sales, services and executive teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in procurement, source‑to‑pay, supplier relationship management and manufacturing supply chains
• 8+ years product management experience in enterprise software and 4+ years focused on procurement/SRM workflows
