We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who believes design plays a role in solving every problem and has great creative skills. The candidate will own and drive product design to completion. The ideal candidate follows design principles and respects the grid.
Responsibilities
- Take part in product and design ideation, planning, and prioritization
- Drive user research and create detailed user journeys
- Strategize, develop, and extend visual design systems and pattern libraries
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver customer experiences
- Evangelize design within and outside the organization
Eligibility
- Ability to understand short and long-term product and business goals
- Keen in applying user research and usability evaluation
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design and visual design principles
