IT&D Product Manager - Genesis Procurement

Overview

The role is a Product Manager leading AI‑driven Source‑to‑Pay products for Reckitt’s IT & Digital division, shaping vision, strategy and roadmap while delivering measurable business value. You will work closely with procurement leaders, technology teams and external vendors to bring AI solutions from concept to scale.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI solutions across the Source‑to‑Pay lifecycle
• Lead end‑to‑end product delivery including discovery, POCs, MVPs, scaling and continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder relationships and govern external partner engagements to ensure alignment and quality outcomes
• Drive innovation by staying current on AI trends (LLMs, agentic AI, optimisation) and championing experimentation
• Provide executive insights on progress, risks, dependencies and benefits through steering committees and governance forums

Eligibility

• Strong procurement domain expertise, especially Source‑to‑Pay processes
• 12+ years experience as a Product Manager delivering digital or AI‑driven products, with experience working with external vendors
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, Procurement or related discipline
