Job Description
Overview
The Product Design Lead will own end‑to‑end UI/UX and the design system for a media super‑app spanning video, audio, news and commerce, partnering closely with engineering and product leadership. This individual‑contributor role influences product direction and design quality across six content verticals.

6-8 years
Responsibilities
- Own UI/UX design for consumer app, admin portal and CMS across all content and commerce surfaces
- Define, build and evolve a shared Design System and component library with the Frontend Architect
- Lead user research, usability testing and incorporate accessibility and localization standards
- Partner with Product Lead to translate requirements into intuitive multi‑surface flows
- Conduct design reviews and maintain design quality across the platform
Eligibility
- 6-8 years of product design experience with UI/UX focus for consumer mobile/web products
- 2-3 years in design leadership or principal design capacity, proven track record of building/scaling design systems
