User Experience Designer

Overview

The role is a hands‑on UX Designer responsible for end‑to‑end product design of a multi‑tenant dental SaaS platform, working from problem framing to high‑fidelity UI and developer handoff. The position is based in Gurugram, India with collaboration with US teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high‑fidelity UI in Figma for web, mobile, and kiosk surfaces
• Prototype interactions, run lightweight usability tests, and iterate designs based on feedback and product analytics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and end users to understand workflows and incorporate findings into design decisions
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, delivering clear handoff specs and reviewing implementations for accessibility and fidelity
• Partner with Product Management and engineering, presenting design rationale and ensuring alignment across US and India teams

Eligibility

• Experience designing data‑dense B2B SaaS products, preferably in healthcare or regulated domains
• Minimum 2+ years of core UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 2–3 case studies
• Formal design education such as B.Des/M.Des in Interaction, Communication, Product Design or HCI is preferred
