Collections Product Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Collections Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of digital collections products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail lending and collections, combined with expertise in product management and business analysis. The role involves collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to build scalable collections solutions.

Responsibilities

• Product Management - Own the product roadmap for collections modules and prioritize features based on business needs.
• Business Analysis & Client Engagement - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Design and enhance products supporting the complete collections lifecycle.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Analytics, Operations, and Client Success teams.
• Track product adoption, customer feedback, and business KPIs to drive continuous improvements.

Eligibility

• 7–8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Collections Strategy.
• Experience in Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, or Lending SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of retail debt collections and lending operations.
