Product Manager

Overview

The company is hiring a Collections Product Manager to own the collections product roadmap end-to-end, driving development with design, tech, and analytics teams. The role involves blending domain knowledge, product thinking, and business analysis to deliver a data-driven collections product. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections strategy/operations and product management.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for collections modules, driving development with design, tech, and analytics teams
• Act as the primary product interface for clients — gather requirements, run discovery sessions, align solutions to business goals
• Prepare BRDs and FSDs translating business needs into detailed specs
• Apply deep knowledge of retail lending products and the collections lifecycle
• Translate requirements into sprint-ready user stories and acceptance criteria

Eligibility

• 5–6 years in collections strategy/operations at a Bank/NBFC, or Product/BA roles in a collections or lending tech company
• Hands-on experience interfacing with clients, gathering requirements, and writing BRDs/FSDs
• Strong grasp of allocation logic, agency management, and resolution tactics
