redBus is seeking a Technical Product Lead who can balance product management with technical fluency to drive growth through partner-facing platforms. The role involves defining product roadmaps, partnering with engineering, and making technical decisions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both business and technical aspects.

Responsibilities
- Define, prioritise, and execute the product roadmap for partner-facing and distribution platforms
- Partner directly with engineering on API design, data flow pipelines, and system architecture
- Write PRDs, user stories, API specifications, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the roadmap
- Run and analyse A/B tests, build dashboards, and guide decisions with data
Eligibility
- 1-3 years of experience in software engineering/development and product management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Working knowledge of APIs, system design fundamentals, and data pipelines
