Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager leading Reddit’s Ads Machine Learning Platform, responsible for defining vision, roadmap, and tooling to accelerate ML engineering and ad product performance.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term strategy and roadmap for the Ads ML platform, incorporating generative AI and LLM workflows
• Build tools and services that reduce friction for ML engineers and data scientists, improving training, deployment, and iteration speed
• Partner with engineering, data science, and ads product teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver scalable infrastructure
• Own KPIs related to platform reliability, latency, cost efficiency, usage, and developer productivity
• Conduct user research, translate pain points into product requirements, and stay current with emerging ML research

Eligibility

• Proven product management experience with internal technical products, developer tools, or ML/data platforms
• Strong technical background in machine learning lifecycle, GPU scheduling, and ad tech ecosystems
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and business stakeholders
