Overview
The Senior UX Designer will shape the user experience of a high‑quality SaaS business application, collaborating with product, engineering and research teams to create intuitive web and mobile experiences. The role is based in Bangalore with a hybrid three‑days‑in‑office schedule.

Responsibilities
- Partner with product management to set vision and prioritize user experience improvements
- Create end‑to‑end designs, wireframes and prototypes and deliver detailed design specifications
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and visual designers to implement designs and ensure brand consistency
- Apply usability heuristics, conduct evaluations and iterate based on feedback
- Own the design through implementation and post‑launch, reviewing built experiences and resolving issues
Eligibility
- UX/UI design expertise in SaaS/enterprise applications
- 5+ years of experience designing web and/or mobile software, with a portfolio of end‑to‑end solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology or equivalent experience
