Overview
Senior Product Manager role at SailPoint in Pune, leading shared services for the Identity Security Cloud Platform. Responsible for defining, designing and delivering scalable micro‑services and SaaS connectivity across the product portfolio in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross‑functional teams to define foundational shared services
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for micro‑services and SaaS platform connectivity from discovery through release
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans
- Drive development, launch readiness, and metric tracking for new services to ensure adoption and business impact
- Build relationships with peer product managers and influence product strategy and architecture
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience, preferably with enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure products
- Proven track record of launching enterprise software and experience with micro‑services or open platform connectivity
- Strong stakeholder, communication, and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15% and work in a hybrid model
