Lead UX Designer

Overview

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in working alongside AI, and have experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Set the design vision for a product, guiding the team through its implementation
• Drive large-scale design initiatives across multiple application experiences
• Communicate clear and compelling ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders
• Design and maintain scalable design systems
• Partner with engineering to define how AI agents surface in product workflows
• Promote and educate others on interface guidelines and design patterns

Eligibility

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams
• Experience leading design initiatives and influencing teams
• Strong communication and active listening skills
