Lead User Experience Designer

Overview

The role is a senior UX Designer at Salesforce focusing on AI-driven Agentforce products, responsible for shaping user experiences across web, mobile and tablet platforms. You will work closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to deliver intuitive, data‑rich solutions.

Responsibilities

• Influence and communicate the UX vision to key stakeholders
• Build strong partnerships across Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Solve complex UX design problems for web, mobile and tablet applications
• Collaborate with product owners/managers to identify opportunities and validate through user testing and research
• Work with engineering and QA to deliver polished final products

Eligibility

• 10-16 years of UX design experience in cross‑functional teams
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design methods and best practices
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience with CRM or enterprise software (preferred)
• No specific educational constraint
