Overview

The role is a senior UX Designer at Salesforce focused on shaping user experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑powered product solutions. It requires leading UX vision, influencing stakeholders, and delivering polished, user‑centric designs.

Responsibilities

• Influence and compellingly communicate the UX vision to a wide variety of key stakeholders
• Build strong partnerships across disciplines such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Solve complex UX design problems across web, mobile and tablet platforms
• Collaborate with product owners/managers to identify new features and validate assumptions through user testing and research
• Work closely with engineering to deliver the final product

Eligibility

• User Experience / UI design expertise
• 10-16 years of UX design experience, preferably with CRM or enterprise software
