Product Manager

Overview

The role is a Product Manager for Salesforce’s AI-driven Agentforce product, responsible for shaping vision, strategy and roadmap while driving AI‑first product development. You will partner with engineering, customers and internal stakeholders to deliver enterprise SaaS solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and development for the Agentforce AI product
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and other PMs to align priorities, leverage synergies, and define epics/user stories
• Work with engineering to specify, build, and release features, integrating AI agents into workflows
• Engage with customers, partners, ISVs and act as product evangelist at events and community channels
• Define AI‑enhanced product processes, maintain shared product context, and evaluate AI‑generated outputs for quality and alignment

Eligibility

• 6–10 years experience building enterprise SaaS products
• Strong product management and business acumen with an AI‑first mindset
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture and scalable applications
• Ability to work closely with engineers, UX, and quality teams
