Senior Experience Designer (UI/UX)

Overview

The Senior Experience Designer will shape AI‑enabled experiences, tools and workflows for Salesforce’s Solutions and Builder ecosystem, turning complex user and business needs into intuitive, high‑quality designs. The role collaborates cross‑functionally to drive adoption and measurable impact across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high‑quality experiences, tools and workflows for Solution Engineers, Builders and Leaders
• Translate complex user, business and technical requirements into clear user journeys, information architecture, and UI components
• Own design problems from discovery through delivery, using research, data, and experimentation to validate concepts
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, creating polished UI aligned with Salesforce design systems and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with Experience Strategists, Product, Engineering and Solutions teams to influence decisions and ensure alignment

Eligibility

• Strong foundation in UX and UI design, human‑centred and inclusive design
• Minimum 5 years of product design experience with a robust portfolio of end‑to‑end work
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI/agentic technologies; formal education not specified
