Overview
Product Manager for the Travel team at Scapia, responsible for building travel categories and shaping experiences that delight customers. Works cross‑functionally with engineering, design, operations and leadership to define, ship and iterate on features.

Responsibilities
- Own problem statements end‑to‑end, from user pain points to solution definition and feature delivery
- Analyze product metrics, user behavior, funnels and experiments to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations and business teams to execute product initiatives
- Conduct customer research, competitor analysis and market studies to generate insights
- Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and drive product launches while monitoring adoption

- Product management, consulting, analytics, startup, software engineering or design experience
