Overview
Senior UI/UX Designer responsible for end‑to‑end user experience and interface design across digital products, websites, and landing pages, collaborating with cross‑functional teams at Schbang.
Experience
4-6 years
Responsibilities
- Create user‑centered designs, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Conduct UI/UX audits, usability testing and iterate to improve the experience
- Establish and maintain design systems, UI patterns and reusable components
- Collaborate closely with developers, business development, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and use data‑driven insights to inform design decisions
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in UI/UX and visual design
- 4–6 years of core UI/UX design experience, preferably in agency or fast‑paced digital environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, HCI or related field
