Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a Product Designer to create AI‑enhanced product experiences, working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver end‑to‑end designs. The role involves translating user needs into high‑fidelity solutions that improve how people work worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions that transform work processes globally
• Drive end‑to‑end product design, delivering high‑fidelity detailed designs
• Present concepts, gather feedback, and review proposals within a collaborative cross‑functional team
• Integrate AI considerations into design workflows and decision‑making
• Collaborate with engineering and product management throughout the product lifecycle

Eligibility

• Product design or user experience expertise
• 2+ years of relevant design experience (including internships) with a strong portfolio
