Overview

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced product designer to create innovative, user‑centered product experiences that transform how people work. The role involves developing design solutions from concept through delivery, collaborating closely with engineering and product management, and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions and world‑class product experiences.
• Drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on deep understanding of user needs.
• Champion design approaches, reconcile stakeholder feedback, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to grow leadership skills.
• Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance workflows and decision‑making.

Eligibility

• 5-8 years of product/UX design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end, human‑centered design solutions
• Experience integrating AI into work processes (preferred)
