Senior Product Designer, dCX Design

Overview

The role is a Product Designer on ServiceNow’s Product Design team, responsible for creating user‑centered, AI‑enabled product experiences from concept through delivery. The designer will collaborate cross‑functionally and mentor teammates while driving design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions and world‑class product experiences.
• Drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on deep understanding of user needs.
• Champion design approach, reconcile stakeholder feedback, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Mentor and coach other designers to grow leadership skills.
• Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across the product suite.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end, human‑centered design solutions.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows or leveraging AI‑powered tools.
• Proficiency with high‑fidelity design tools and design systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trusting relationships.
