Staff AI Product Manager

Overview

The role is a product manager for an AI Specialist focused on accounts payable, responsible for end‑to‑end product outcomes and delivering AI‑driven agent features. You will prototype, define evaluation criteria, and guide architecture decisions while navigating ambiguity and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product outcomes for the AP AI Specialist
• Prototype agent behavior, build demos, and validate feasibility with engineering
• Define success criteria, evaluation scenarios and confidence thresholds for agent behavior
• Partner with platform/orchestration teams on architecture trade‑offs and translate technical decisions for engineers, architects, and executives
• Create structure in ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, and drive product delivery

Eligibility

• 6‑8+ years of product management experience with recent AI/agentic feature delivery
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision‑making, or problem‑solving
• Hands‑on prototyping and close collaboration with engineering
• AP/finance domain knowledge is a nice‑to‑have
• No specific educational requirement mentioned
