UI/UX Designer

Overview

The role is a Product Designer on ServiceNow's Product Design team, focused on creating innovative, AI‑enhanced user experiences for enterprise software. You will work cross‑functionally to deliver end‑to‑end design solutions from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions that transform how people work globally
• Drive end‑to‑end product design, creating high‑fidelity detailed designs and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with engineering and product management, presenting ideas, gathering feedback and reviewing proposals
• Integrate AI considerations into workflows and design solutions
• Participate throughout the product development lifecycle for web/software applications

Eligibility

• Product design / UI‑UX expertise
• 2+ years of relevant design experience with portfolio
