Job Description
Overview
The Senior Visual Designer at ServiceTitan will lead visual and motion design for its Enterprise SaaS product, shaping the visual language across desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces. This role combines UI design, data visualization, and AI‑assisted creation to deliver engaging, inclusive experiences for the home services industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Design System team to evolve ServiceTitan’s visual design language and guidelines
- Create UI, data visualizations, illustrations, iconography, and motion designs, documenting animation behaviors for developer handoff
- Leverage AI‑assisted ideation and generative image tools to accelerate high‑quality asset production
- Partner with product designers, design technologists, and product managers to ship visual solutions and maintain consistency across product and marketing
- Mentor junior designers on UI, motion craft, and design‑system usage while advocating for design quality
Eligibility
- Expertise in visual/UI design, motion design, and design systems
- Hands‑on experience with AI design tools, motion animation for UI, and a strong portfolio of real‑world work
- Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field preferred
