Staff Product Designer - Consumer

Overview

ServiceTitan is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead design initiatives for its SaaS platform across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The role involves end‑to‑end design, user research, and mentorship within a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with product, engineering, and research teams to explore, build, and ship design solutions
• Conduct discovery research, user interviews, journey mapping, and validate ideas through experimental design
• Design and rapidly prototype UI experiences in Figma for desktop, tablet, and mobile touchpoints
• Mentor junior designers, provide design critiques, and foster user empathy across the team
• Represent user needs in product strategy discussions and ensure high‑quality, ship‑ready deliverables

Eligibility

• Expertise in SaaS/enterprise platform design, preferably in the home services domain
• Minimum 8 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX, interaction, and visual design
• At least 1 year of experience managing a design team of two or more people
