Product Management, Portfolio & Innovation Team Leader

Overview

This role involves leading a group of Product Owners, contributing to concepts and future topics, and driving innovation culture in the team. The individual will also work as a Product Owner in an Individual Contributor capacity, serving as the customer voice for the scrum team. The role requires experience in the Healthcare domain, preferably in the Imaging area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Product Owners
• Contribute to concepts and future topics
• Drive prioritization towards PI planning and Milestone goals
• Explain the business vision and roadmap to local team members
• Drive innovation culture in the team and bring product improvements

Eligibility

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering
• 18-20 years of overall experience with a mix of software programming/architecture and product management in medical imaging products
• At least 2+ years of people management experience
