Overview

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Senior User Experience Designer to shape end‑to‑end digital healthcare experiences, translating user needs and business goals into intuitive solutions. You will collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to drive design excellence across products, platforms, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs, business goals, and technology opportunities into meaningful healthcare solutions
• Create and iterate low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes with continuous stakeholder feedback
• Apply user‑centered design methods throughout the product lifecycle to guide multidisciplinary decisions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partner with research, strategy, and design professionals to uncover unmet needs and ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Champion a strong UX culture by driving design quality, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement across the global design organization

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in User Experience Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience in UX/Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or similar discipline
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or a related field
