Product Manager

Overview

SiteMinder is seeking a Product Manager to own the full‑stack GDS connectivity product within its hotel distribution platform, driving the end‑to‑end lifecycle from discovery to post‑launch. The role partners with customers, design, engineering and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑impact B2B SaaS solutions for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and evaluation
• Shape and execute the product roadmap aligned with customer needs, market opportunities and business priorities
• Conduct customer‑centred research and business analysis with hoteliers, connectivity partners and internal experts
• Partner with Design and Engineering to assess feasibility, shape solutions and support delivery in Agile/Kanban environments
• Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption, revenue impact, customer satisfaction and operational quality

Eligibility

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, travel or hospitality technology
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with API‑based products, GDS integrations or channel management
• No specific educational requirement identified
