Overview
SiteRecon seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead UX/UI design across web and mobile, improving usability and accessibility while collaborating directly with the founder and product team.

Responsibilities
- Take high‑level product ideas from conception to execution across web and mobile, covering product strategy, user research, and UI design
- Own metrics and strategy with the product team and work closely with engineering and operations to meet goals
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma and conduct user testing, UAT, and analytics‑driven design iterations
- Conduct market and customer research to build personas, inform design systems, and ensure decisions are data‑backed
- Design digital assets for social media, blog, and other channels while maintaining brand consistency
Eligibility
- Expertise in product UX design and human‑centered design (HCI)
- 5+ years of product UX design experience, including 2+ years conducting user research; startup or entrepreneurship background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
