Overview
Product Manager for the AI pod at smallcase, responsible for shaping AI-native product strategy and launching new wealth-tech solutions. The role also integrates generative AI features into existing products across their growth stages.

Responsibilities
- Own the AI product roadmap and align vision with leadership.
- Evaluate, implement, and scale generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and automation to create product value.
- Identify high‑value AI use cases and translate consumer insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Build, test, and iterate rapid MVPs and prototypes while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Define and monitor product metrics, prioritise features, and manage trade‑offs between speed, impact, and complexity.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of product management experience covering the full product lifecycle.
- Proven experience building and scaling AI‑native features or products with measurable user adoption.
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt management, hallucination mitigation).
- Familiarity with financial and stock market terminology (preferred).
