Overview
Smallcase is hiring a Product Designer 2 for its Experience team to create intuitive web and mobile experiences for its investment platform. The role involves end‑to‑end design, design‑system stewardship, and data‑driven iteration across B2C fintech products.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design process for new features and enhancements, collaborating with product, business, and engineering teams
- Conduct design audits and ensure scalability and consistency of the Smallcase design system
- Apply data‑driven methods, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
- Coordinate and participate in UX research to gather user insights
- Stay updated on fintech design trends and apply best practices
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile B2C products, preferably fintech
- 1‑3 years of experience designing web and mobile interfaces, strong Figma and prototyping skills, portfolio of product design work
