Overview
Product Manager for the AI pod at smallcase, responsible for shaping AI-native product strategy and roadmap in the wealth‑tech space, driving both new AI products and embedding AI into existing offerings.
Experience

Responsibilities
- Own the AI product roadmap and align vision with leadership
- Evaluate, implement and integrate Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and automation to create product value
- Identify high‑value AI use cases and translate consumer insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Build, test and iterate rapid MVPs and prototypes, working closely with engineering, design and business teams
- Define product metrics, monitor adoption and impact, and prioritize features balancing speed, impact and complexity
Eligibility
- 3+ years of product management experience covering full product lifecycle
- Proven experience building and scaling AI‑native features or products with measurable business impact
- In‑depth knowledge of AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt management and hallucination mitigation
- Preferred understanding of financial and stock‑market terminology
