Job Description
Overview
The Product Manager will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Smart Food Safe's B2B SaaS solutions, building new products from 0‑to‑1 and scaling existing ones. The role collaborates closely with the CEO, engineering, design, sales and other cross‑functional teams to turn customer problems into market‑ready features.

Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals
- Identify, validate, and translate customer problems and market opportunities into PRDs, user stories and feature specs
- Lead end‑to‑end product delivery from discovery through launch, adoption and continuous improvement
- Prioritize the backlog and work with engineering, design and QA in Agile/Scrum sprints to ensure timely, high‑quality releases
- Partner with sales, marketing and consulting teams on positioning, go‑to‑market initiatives and gather post‑launch metrics
Eligibility
- Proven experience managing B2B SaaS/technology products across 0‑to‑1 and 1‑to‑N lifecycles
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups or lean product teams, with end‑to‑end ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field (IIM/IIT freshers also considered)
