Senior Experience Designer, SC Design (UI/UX)

Overview

Lead the user experience design across mobile and web banking platforms, creating UI designs, full‑screen mockups and interactive prototypes. Drive user‑centered design practices while collaborating with product, tech and customer experience teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop user‑friendly design elements, interactions, mockups and clickable prototypes for banking digital products
• Communicate design ideas through storyboards, wireframes, user journeys and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Conduct user and business requirement gathering, competitor research and stay current with UI trends
• Advocate and promote user‑centered design processes and ethical, inclusive design principles
• Build strong relationships with tech, product management and CX teams to ensure design alignment

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in UI/UX design for electronic, mobile and internet banking products
• Minimum 7 years experience in an advertising agency, brand consultancy or in‑house design studio with a strong portfolio
• Degree or graduate diploma in graphic/visual design, advertising or a related discipline
