Group Product Manager - GI Ortho (Solitra)

Overview

The Group Product Manager for the Gastro Business Unit at Sun Pharma will lead product lifecycle, marketing, and sales strategies to drive profitability and market share. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams, key opinion leaders, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to optimize profitability, market share, and revenue growth for the brand portfolio.
• Lead marketing and promotional activities, including budgeting, advertising, conferences, and product documentation.
• Conduct market intelligence through primary research and engage with key opinion leaders, advisory councils, and prescribers.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, collaborating with headquarters, medical, registration, and commercial teams.
• Train field staff, present to internal teams, and represent the BU at national and international congresses.

Eligibility

• Pharma domain expertise (Gastro/Ortho)
• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales
• B.Pharm or M.Pharm with an MBA
