Product Manager - Digital Healthcare & Transformation

Overview

The Product Manager – Digital Healthcare & Transformation will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise platform features, driving strategy, data foundation, and cross‑functional delivery. Reporting to the GM of Digital Marketing and Transformation, the role partners with product, engineering, security, and compliance teams to create scalable solutions for Sun Pharma.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform strategy, partnering with product leadership to prioritize high‑impact initiatives and build scalable shared services
• Design and implement the data foundation, overseeing data flows, governance, quality and AI/ML analytics across products
• Collaborate with UI/UX, architecture, data, security, compliance and other internal teams to define platform capabilities and integration decisions
• Lead end‑to‑end product delivery from discovery through launch, creating PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and release documentation
• Prioritize roadmaps and backlogs using data, KPIs and stakeholder insights while managing multi‑team, agile/hybrid programs

Eligibility

• Bachelor in Engineering or Master’s in Computer Science/IT or related field
• 5+ years experience as Senior Product Manager, Principal PM or Product Leader owning product portfolio performance
• Experience in digital healthcare, AI/ML, developer platforms, and pharma compliance environments
