The Group Product Manager will be responsible for marketing and sales of products within the Urology business unit. The role involves collaboration with various teams to develop and implement strategic plans, manage product life cycles, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing or sales and strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Responsibilities
- Development, collaboration, implementation, & accountability for strategic and operational plans
- Leading assignments to help the business unit meet overall business goals
- Development of marketing and promotional plans for products
- Monitoring business performance and supporting the portfolio with regular tracking
- Writing and executing strategic business and marketing plans
- Joint financial responsibility for budgets and analysis of budget income and costs
Eligibility
- B. Pharm / M. Pharm & MBA
- 7 to 12 years of previous work experience
- Demonstrable success in marketing or sales
