Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager (Backend)

Overview

Backend-focused Product Manager (or Senior) to own Sugar.fit's core platform, data pipelines and system architecture that power its B2C health ecosystem, integrating CGM devices, labs and clinical tools. You will define roadmap, lead integrations and ensure reliability and compliance at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for backend microservices and platform infrastructure
• Manage real‑time IoT data ingestion pipelines from continuous glucose monitors and other biometric devices
• Lead end‑to‑end integrations with third‑party diagnostics, pharmacy, payment and communication providers
• Build and optimize internal CRM, scheduling and rule‑engine workflows for doctors and health coaches
• Ensure system reliability, performance SLAs and healthcare data compliance at B2C scale

Eligibility

• Product Management experience in high‑scale B2C consumer tech (Health‑Tech, FinTech, e‑Commerce, etc.)
• 4–7 years of PM experience (6+ years for senior role) with ownership of large‑scale platform products
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent engineering experience
