Product Manager- Unified Communications

Overview

Senior Unified Collaboration Product Manager responsible for defining vision, roadmap, and delivery of UCaaS, cloud telephony, and video conferencing solutions. Leads product strategy, market analysis, cross‑functional execution, and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for unified collaboration solutions
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and translate insights into product features
• Lead end‑to‑end product development, collaborating with engineering, UX, architecture and operations
• Define pricing, positioning and go‑to‑market strategies to drive revenue growth and adoption
• Manage stakeholder relationships, present performance metrics to executives and monitor KPIs

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in telecom, UCaaS and enterprise collaboration ecosystems
• 15+ years of product management experience launching and scaling communication/SaaS products
• MBA or advanced degree in Business/Technology preferred
