Responsibilities

• Design and implement Next-Best-Action strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub
• Configure customer engagement policies, contact policies, and arbitration rules
• Develop and maintain decision strategies, actions, treatments, and propositions
• Build adaptive models and predictive analytics models for customer targeting
• Design omni-channel customer engagement solutions across multiple channels
