Overview
The Sleep Company seeks a Mobile App Product Manager to own and scale its Android and iOS apps, driving growth, conversion, retention, and engagement. The role combines end‑to‑end product ownership with data‑driven experimentation and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
Experience
4-7 years
Responsibilities
- Own the mobile app product roadmap and define clear success metrics aligned to business goals
- Drive app conversion rate optimization across key flows and lead A/B testing experiments
- Improve first‑time user experience, onboarding, and overall app engagement
- Translate business problems into PRDs, work with engineering to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery
- Analyze user behavior using tools like Firebase, GA, Mixpanel, Clevertap and make data‑driven decisions
Eligibility
- 4–7 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech/D2C
- Proven expertise in mobile app funnels, growth levers, and A/B testing
- Hands‑on experience with app analytics tools (Firebase, GA, Mixpanel, Clevertap)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
