Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager at The Sleep Company, responsible for defining product vision, strategy and roadmap for a category or platform. Collaborates with engineering, design, marketing, operations and retail to deliver customer‑centric products and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for the assigned area
• Translate customer insights, data and business goals into clear priorities and write PRDs and user stories
• Lead product launches from idea to release, coordinating with Engineering and Design
• Track key metrics such as conversion, retention and NPS and run experiments/A‑B tests to improve the customer journey
• Mentor junior product managers and align product, pricing and experience with Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail teams

Eligibility

• Product management experience in D2C, e‑commerce or consumer products
• Proven record of launching and scaling products
• Bachelor's degree required (MBA a plus)
