Job Description
Overview
Senior Product Manager at The Sleep Company, responsible for owning product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a D2C sleep and comfort brand. Works cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations and retail to launch products that delight customers and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for the assigned category or platform
- Translate customer insights, data and business goals into clear priorities and write PRDs/user stories
- Lead product launches from concept to release, collaborating closely with engineering and design
- Track key metrics (conversion, retention, NPS) and run experiments/A‑B tests to improve the journey across web, app and stores
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and retail teams to align product, pricing and experience
Eligibility
- Product management experience in D2C, e‑commerce or consumer products
- Proven record of launching and scaling products with strong analytical skills (GA, Mixpanel, SQL)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
