Overview
Senior Product Manager at The Sleep Company, India’s fast‑growing D2C sleep and comfort brand. Owns product vision, roadmap and leads end‑to‑end launches across web, app and stores to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for the assigned category/platform
- Translate customer insights, data and business goals into clear priorities and write PRDs/user stories
- Lead product launches from ideation to release, collaborating with Engineering, Design and cross‑functional teams
- Track and act on key metrics such as conversion, retention and NPS; run experiments and A/B tests
- Mentor junior product managers and align product, pricing and experience with Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail
Eligibility
- Product management experience in D2C, e‑commerce or consumer products
- Proven record of launching and scaling products with strong analytical skills (GA, Mixpanel, SQL)
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
