Associate - UX Design - IN

Overview

The Associate will drive innovative design solutions within the design team, focusing on visual aesthetics, user experience, and brand coherence while collaborating cross‑functionally. They will deliver end‑to‑end journey designs and support the business in enhancing customer loyalty and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end user experiences through design research, journey mapping, personas, storyboards, prototyping, and final production.
• Support the design team by implementing modern design methods and best practices to ensure high‑quality experiences.
• Ensure designs meet user needs and align with client and business goals.
• Partner with research, brand marketing, data & analytics, technology, digital, and product teams to define and execute high‑quality user experiences.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with designers, product, and technology teams to shape experience strategy.

Eligibility

• Design and User Experience expertise
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• University degree (Bachelor's preferred)
