User Experience Designer

Overview

The UX Designer at Trane Technologies will champion user‑centered design across digital products, translating business goals and user needs into intuitive experiences while collaborating in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for new and existing digital applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and UX team members in an agile setting.
• Create UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.
• Support and help govern a unified enterprise design system and contribute to design principles and pattern libraries.
• Partner with the UX Research team to conduct usability testing, interpret analytics, and support user research.

Eligibility

• User experience or interactive design expertise, preferably in HVAC or manufacturing domains
• 5‑7 years of experience designing web and mobile applications in an agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or related field
