Responsibilities
- Work on projects of all sizes, from well-known problems to complex and conceptual ones
- Lead a design roadmap in your area
- Build a deep understanding of historically and systemically excluded customers through data and research
- Deliver designs that are innovative, elegant, buildable, and scalable
- Communicate with clarity and persuasiveness, and effectively present work and rationale to stakeholders
Eligibility
- 3+ years of experience building products for web and mobile interfaces
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools and prototyping methods
- A degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field
