Overview

The Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers for liabilities, enhancing relationships with existing customers, and cross-selling products and services. The role involves meeting targets, understanding customer needs, and maintaining a database of prospects. The incumbent will also be responsible for training customers to use alternate channels.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for liabilities from open market
• Assist in conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities
• Enhance relationship with existing customers by cross-selling products and services
• Train customers to use ATM and BCs, drive usage of alternate channels
• Meet set targets on liabilities and maintain database of prospects

Eligibility

• Graduate, preferably in commerce and related streams
• 3+ years experience, preferably in sales
• AMFI / IRDA Certified
