Overview
The role is a senior Product Manager responsible for owning the integration framework strategy and roadmap for UKG Ready, driving the platform's API, webhook, and data import/export capabilities. You will lead ecosystem growth, AI‑native integration creation, and partner marketplace initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Own and define the roadmap for the next‑generation integration framework, including event‑driven architecture and advanced webhooks
- Drive Solutions Exchange product growth and self‑service partner onboarding
- Lead the Audit Framework, data import/export, and encryption strategy for compliance
- Shape AI‑powered integration creation tools and set integration standards and developer experience
- Communicate strategy to senior leadership, partners, and cross‑functional teams
Eligibility
- 7+ years product management experience, with at least 3 years leading integration or API platforms at enterprise SaaS scale
- Strong technical background in integration architecture, webhooks, event‑driven systems, OAuth/OIDC, and data transformation
- Proven experience building developer‑facing platforms, marketplaces, or iPaaS solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA or advanced degree optional)
